    Hello hardforkers✨ For those who are playing TownStar and Spider Tanks I hope you are doing well during the May Mayhem event in Gala games. For those who don’t know here’s an overview based on my research.

    Gala Games – May Mayhem

    What is May Mayhem? How can you, average Gala Games community member, take full advantage and give yourself the best possible chance of rewards during this month of festivities?

    Let’s break it down:

    👉Play Town Star

    Town Star May Mayhem competition!

    Each week of May, Town Star will host a new competition with a large number of GALA prizes on the line and available to all players. In total, $2 million will be given away to Town Star players for the May Mayhem tournaments.

    The first week Town Star competition had been done on May 3–9 and it’s never too late to join.

    👉Refer New Players

    The referral race is on, with special promotions in both Town Star and Spider Tanks for the entire month of May.

    Your Referral Link can be found in the SOCIAL area of your Gala Games account, as pictured below.

    Just copy the link, then share it with your friends or in your original content on the platform of your choice.

    For TownStar: Collect 10 Town Star referrals during May to get awarded a special Feed Bot NFT that will help you with one of the most important jobs in the game!

    For Spider Tanks: You must refer 6 players and each of them must win at least one match. Then at the end of the week, the total prize pool is distributed evenly among those who qualified that week.

    Week 1 — $100,000 in GALA — May 2–8

    Week 2 — $115,000 in GALA — May 9–15

    Week 3 — $135,000 in GALA — May 16–22

    Week 4 — $150,000 in GALA — May 23–29

    👉Play Spider Tanks

    Each week, Spider Tanks will run a $250,000 prize pool tournament, with prizes paid out after the tournaments’ end in GALA.

    Players will qualify for the Week 1 Spider Tanks tournament by having the highest numbers for played matches, regardless of win/loss rate. 50% of the prize pool will go to the top 2% of battlers, and the remaining 50% will go to 3–10%.

    The winners of the Week 2 tournament will be determined by their highest personal score in a single match. Players must win the match for those points to qualify for one of four tiers each day. $50,000 in $GALA is up for grabs every day.

    The whole community is abuzz with talk of May Mayhem, which promises to be the most concentrated event of rewards ever orchestrated by Gala. The festivities are designed to say thank you to our beloved community.

    Crazy Defense Heroes July XP gain reward pool comes with new NFT rewards!

     

    Dear Defenders, the Crazy Defense Heroes play-to-earn XP Gain reward pool is set to be 1,800,000 TOWER tokens for July 2022. The more XP you gain in the game, the more TOWER tokens you can earn!

     

    Starting from July 2022 and onwards, we’ll be giving an exclusive “Crazy Defense Heroes Elite Badge NFT” to the top 10% of players that gain the highest XP within each month. The badge could be displayed in the upcoming TOWER blockchain game showcasing your achievements within the TOWER franchise; more details are to be announced.

    Note that you must gain a minimum of 315,000 avatar XP within each month to start earning TOWER tokens. For example, if you started in July 2022 with 250,000 XP (Avatar Level 20) you will need to have at least 565,000 XP (around Avatar Level 29) by the end of July 2022 in order to be eligible to earn from July’s Tier 1 Reward Pool. If you gain more than 450,000 avatar XP within the month, you can earn a share of both Tier 1 and Tier 2 Reward Pools. If you gain more than 600,000 avatar XP, you’ll be earning TOWER tokens from all 3 Tiers of Reward Pools!

     

    You may check the cumulative experience table and use the XP calculator created by our community here to see which Levels you have to reach in order to be qualified for the reward pools.

     

    The exact amount of TOWER tokens you will earn from the pools depends on the final number of players who meet the XP requirements and link their crypto wallet to their User ID at crazydefenseheroes.com.

    When can you get the rewards?

     

    All rewards you earned from Crazy Defense Heroes events, including XP Gain and Daily Star Chest events, can be withdrawn via the claim system around the 15th of the month following the event. For example, you’ll be able to claim July 2022 rewards around 15 August 2022. The Elite Badge NFT will be airdropped to eligible users’ wallets by the end of August 2022.

    You’re suggested to complete the KYC verification as soon as possible at:

    Note that, players who haven’t completed the KYC process by the end of the month are NOT eligible for getting any rewards from any Crazy Defense Heroes earning events of that month.     Crazy Defense Heroes “Daily Star Chest” Play-and-Earn adds new NFT rewards starting from July 2022!

     

    Greetings all TOWER fans! The Crazy Defense Heroes “Daily Star Chest” event will continue in July 2022 with new rewards. In addition to TOWER tokens and Map NFTs, you can also earn Crazo Mint Pass and Perfect Attendance Badge NFTs.

     

    Download Crazy Defense Heroes now on App Store or Google Play to start earning!

     

    The total number of TOWER tokens you can secure depends on how many days you have opened a Star Chest in Crazy Defense Heroes and completed the check-in on the TOWER token website.

    Starting from July 2022, we’ll also give an exclusive “Perfect Attendance Badge” NFT to users who complete all calendar check-ins within the month. The badge could be displayed in the upcoming TOWER blockchain game showcasing your achievements within the TOWER franchise; more details will be announced later.

     

    3. “The Crazo” NFT Mint Pass

    Earlier, TOWER revealed its first PFP project — “The Craozs”, holding a TOWER PFP indicates exclusive ID within the Franchise, and also the Animoca Brands Universe.

     

    Players will get 1 Crazo Mint Pass for Each successful check-in after the 28th day. Each mint pass could be used to mint 1 Crazo in the upcoming presale.

    The Daily Star Chest event and the regular CDH XP Gain Play-to-Earn event are not mutually exclusive; You can earn TOWER tokens from both the XP Gain event and the Daily Star Chest event. Learn more about our latest XP gain event from our previous articles:

    The Crazy Defense Heroes server time is set in UTC. The Star Chest cooldown period is 16 hours, you can only check in once even though you open 2 Star Chests within the same day.

    How to open TOWER Chests:

     

    1.Go to your Chest Inventory at https://www.crazydefenseheroes.com/inventory/chests, where you can view the chests you own on both Ethereum and Polygon Chain

    Remember to disable other wallet plug-ins when trying to open your chests on the browser, e.g. Coinbase Wallet

    2. Before opening any TOWER Chests, make sure that they are on the Polygon Chain. If your Chests are still on Ethereum, follow the steps here to bridge them to Polygon

     

    3. Click Open, then click “Sign” to approve the transaction with your MetaMask. Note you you can only open 1 chest at a time

    4. After the transaction is complete, you should see a chest opening animation of 3 Game Cards popping out from the chest

     

     

    5. You can now see your Game Card NFTs in your Card inventory

    How to trade Game Card NFTs on OpenSea

     

    1.Go to your Card Inventory to view the Game Card NFTs you own

    2.Click the OpenSea logo at the top left corner of the card

    3. You can now see your Game Card on OpenSea, where you can list it for sale

    How to transfer TOWER Chests to another wallet

     

     

     

    1.Note that only the Chests on Polygon chain are transferable, so make sure you bridge your chests to Polygon before transferring (see here for tutorial)

     

     

    2.Click the “Transfer” button next to the Chest you would like to transfer; you can only transfer 1 type of Chest at a time

     

     

    3. Enter the number of Chests you wish to transfer and the receiver’s Polygon wallet address

     

    4. Sign to approve the transaction on MetaMask, and wait until the transaction is complete

    How to transfer Game Card NFTs to another wallet

     

    1. Go to your Card Inventory

     

    2. Click the “…” button at the top right corner of the card you want to transfer

     

     

    3. Click “Transfer”. Double-check if this is the card you would like to transfer, and then enter the receiver’s Polygon wallet address

    4. Click “Transfer”, sign to approve the transaction with your MetaMask, and wait for the transfer to be completed.

     

    Please note that you are required to pay MATIC gas fees for the following transactions (you only need to sign and approve on MetaMask):

    Gala Founder’s Nodes | Omnibus Proposal V2

    Here’s the latest on upcoming plans for the Gala Games Founder’s Node Ecosystem.

    There have been very few proposals that have generated quite as much conversation, thinking, and vociferous debate as the last draft of the Omnibus Node Proposal. Gala employees spent much of the weekend and the first half of this week in Discord and hosting AMAs on the topic.

     

    There have been a variety of perspectives raised regarding all points of the proposal. Taking community feedback into account, we have tentatively decided to break the proposal into several smaller, more granular proposals, which takes several pieces off the table for the time being

    Vote 1: The Halving Distribution

    As the halving is taking place this month, should the Founders Node Distribution:

     

    Option 1: Continue with a 50/50 Split in the Distribution between Founders Nodes and Gala Games

     

    Or:

     

    Option 2: Should a Bonus Pool be added to the distribution creating a 25/25/50 distribution of all minted GALA (Founders Nodes / Gala Games / Bonus Pool)

    In the event that Option 2 is chosen, the distribution will remain at 50/50 until a future date at which a bonus pool, which has been crafted in collaboration with the community, can be implemented. In this event, the process of drafting the policies around the bonus pool itself will commence shortly after the completion of this Node vote. However, it is expected to take several months before a drafted policy with community backing can be implemented. Once this policy has been created, the nodes will be given the opportunity to vote to confirm it is still in their best interest before final implementation takes place.

    As a part of the TOWER Franchise, Crazy Defense Heroes is a Free-to-Play tower defense mobile game developed by Animoca Brands, with RPG elements and card collectibles. Since 2021, along with the Launch of TOWER Token, the team attempted to implement multiple blockchain features to traditional Free-to-Play mobile games, like NFTs, Play-and-Earn, and Governance.
